I'm not happy with the way it turned out, but the ilevelup skill thing seems to be totally broken until someone fixes it. This doesn’t increase your chance of landing a critical hit, instead Better. Your critical chance is determined by your Luck-1 point of Luck equals a 1 chance of landing a critical hit. The closest I could get to simulating the int thing to work was to make a perk that would substitute the extra points you'd get from the int as a static +whatever. With the Better Criticals perk, you gain a 50 damage bonus every time a critical hit is scored on an opponent.
